Addon release validation must retain the same Ubuntu 22.04 browser runner as ordinary full validation. Update the pinned cookbook to its accepted native orchestration revision, which derives publication runner and budget from the declared CI settings. Generated callers also grant only the read access needed to validate workflow evidence. Addon/runtime source and release assets are unchanged.
Validation: generated Make/workflow inventory and whitespace checks passed. Requested full validation and exact-main CI are required before acceptance. No release or tag is published by this change.
