This wiki page is used to discuss features of SlmLocale. SlmLocale is meant to be integrated into the Zend Framework core for version 2.1. Currently there are two pages in this wiki.

Strategies in SlmLocale

The page strategies explains all different strategies in SlmLocale. The documented steps are a) what is required for the strategy b) how it works and c) how it behaves when a locale has been detected.

Route assemblies

A page to-be-created handles the creation of localized routes. There must be a view helper available which helps to turn the current route into an url localized with a different locale then currently used. A common example is on a Dutch page "view this page in English". Depending on the enabled strategy (or strategies) the url changes with a sub domain, top level domain name and/or a part of the path modified.
