Currently, `.github/CODEOWNERS` assigns `@bazel-contrib/rules-python-maintainers` as the default owner (`*`), which automatically requests reviews from all maintainers on pull requests that only modify agent configurations. Assign `@rickeylev` as the sole code owner for agent configuration paths in `.github/CODEOWNERS` to avoid unnecessary review requests.
