As a part of this PR, the following were completed:
Improved the search result ordering for the configured Form.io select component in the student application forms and the PIR form.
searchThresholdwithselectThresholdand setcustomOptions.searchResultLimitto-1enabling the out-of-box search and sort functionality provided by fusejs.
