Lazy exports look right: 8/8 tests pass against beta9 0.1.286, every name in __all__ resolves, and beam vm list --help works with pydantic/fastapi blocked. Non-blocking: from beam import integrations now hits __getattr__ and returns beta9.integrations instead of the beam/integrations.py submodule (same MCPServer exports, so harmless, but a special case like Client's would keep it exact).

Already approved this one and beam-cloud/k8s-platform#162 at their current heads (b30e852, c1808fd), no new commits since. Merging is yours. |

@jackf-beamcloud the import rewrite is removed. Please re-review this plus beam-cloud/beta9#2020 and slai-labs/beam_frontend#828 for the dependency and installer fixes. |

Import rewrite is gone; what's left is the uv-aware upgrade hint (uv-receipt.toml in sys.prefix means uv tool upgrade beam-client, else pip via sys.executable) and a CI step that installs the built wheel in a clean venv on Linux and macOS and runs pip check, beam --version and beam vm list --help. All four checks green. beta9#2020 is closed per your note, so nothing to re-review there. Merging is yours.

Drops the Bot/BotContext/BotEventType/BotLocation and experimental re-exports so CLI startup no longer pulls in beta9.abstractions.experimental, with a CI assert on the installed wheel that it stays out of sys.modules; all four checks green. Non-blocking: from beam import Bot and beam.experimental now raise on upgrade, so anyone with an old bot app breaks without a deprecation path; worth a changelog line if that's intended. Merging is yours.
Drop unused Bot exports, use uv for tool upgrades, and verify installed wheels on Linux/macOS.
Installer: slai-labs/beam_frontend#828.
