Summary

  • Keep SEO and conversion elements when humanizing marketing copy, including keyword placements, heading hierarchy, links, images, alt text, metadata, FAQ and how-to structure, and calls to action.
  • Keep supported persuasive and scannable elements when they fit the brand; replace vague hype instead of flattening the copy.
  • Forbid invented marketing proof or product details.

Checks

  • python3 scripts/validate-package.py
  • git diff --check
  • npx skills add . --list
  • Marketing guardrail smoke test

Attribution

The marketing and SEO guardrails were informed by Matt-Payne/content-humanizer (MIT), a fork of this project. I also reviewed OneAway's older humanizer page and another MIT-licensed alternative; they did not add non-overlapping guidance.

Closing. Marketing and SEO copy is one domain among many the skill runs on, and domain-specific rules grow the prompt for every user while narrowing the skill's judgment. The existing preservation rules already cover links, headings, metadata, and facts. Thank you for the attribution and the careful write-up.
