Beschluss BO4E-Workshop 2026-05-06/07: Der Wert STROM_UND_GAS wird aus ENUM Sparte entfernt.

Eine Sparte bezeichnet genau eine Energieart; Strom und Gas gemeinsam wird über zwei Objekte mit je eigener Sparte abgebildet.
