The W37 audit showed all seven eligible runs are present and linked, but exposed a real collector omission: exact agent and detection AIC values were extracted from artifacts and then discarded. This retains available components, preserves partial artifact evidence during comment fallback, and omits properties that are genuinely unavailable instead of emitting null-heavy records.

Compact item records now include agentAic and detectionAic when every supporting run has a complete breakdown. For W37 this yields:

  • bcvk#356: 208.341555 total, 132.56799 agent, 75.773565 detection
  • bcvk#357: 504.907215 total, 329.070975 agent, 175.83624 detection

The other 38 organization runs were skipped and correctly have no AIC.

Tested with:

  • node --check scripts/org-history.js
  • node --test tests/org-history.test.js (15/15)
  • live W37 bcvk collection and total reconciliation
  • independent review of collection, fallback, coverage, and validation semantics

Unit tests are LLM generated.

The collector already extracts exact agent and detection usage, but discarding those values makes canonical evidence less useful and leaves misleading null-heavy records. Retain available components, preserve partial artifact evidence during comment fallback, and omit fields that are genuinely unavailable.
