- Reorder the product list and the clip examples to the PRODUCTS order: MAPZEN, GLO-30, GLO-90, SRTM1_GEOID, SRTM1_ELLIP, SRTM3 - Describe SRTM1_ELLIP as the companion of SRTM1_GEOID, dropping the repeated OpenTopography mention - Add the SRTM1_ELLIP example to the SRTM 30m console block - Update the Earth Data Hub ~/.netrc snippet and link the Getting started page for the account credentials

- Reorder the STAC catalogue child links to the PRODUCTS order and refresh the package, catalogue and docs index descriptions - De-hardcode the cache folder default in the README --help block - Document `eio info` and `eio distclean` and refresh the `eio clean` wording
- The StackOverflow support link is not monitored - The Codecov badge is not updated
Document the --max_download_tiles option and the EIO_SEED_MAX_DOWNLOAD_TILES and EIO_CLIP_MAX_DOWNLOAD_TILES variables added to the seed and clip commands.
