- add .github/dependabot.yml (weekly github-actions updates) - bump workflow action versions to current releases - lower dev mypy floor to >=1.15.0 and relock under exclude-newer = "7 days"
- run unit-tests/typing/docs/minver via uv (astral-sh/setup-uv), unit-tests matrix 3.11-3.14 - replace combine-environments/integration-tests jobs with minver-tests - add docs/test/lint tools to the dev dependency group - remove conda environment files and the conda-based Dockerfile - docs-build drops -W (pre-existing unresolved-ref/inherited-member warnings)
