When bt embeds this crate as a library, Cargo resolves dependencies using the consuming workspace's lockfile and ignores bt-daemon/Cargo.lock, so an existing bt lockfile can continue selecting vulnerable rustls-webpki 0.103.15. Because the standalone binary governed by this lockfile is development-only, this change does not ensure the security fix reaches production users; add a compatible minimum constraint in Cargo.toml or update the production bt lockfile as part of the fix.
