With this snapshot, validate_spec() raises OpenAPI spec contains unreviewed OpenAPI tags: ['Simulated users'] because openapi/config.json lists this tag in neither generated_tags nor unsupported_tags. Consequently, generate-api-client and the test_api_codegen CI session fail, and the generated client remains stale for this update; classify the new tag and regenerate the committed client before merging.

Classify the new `Simulated users` OpenAPI tag as a generated resource so spec validation passes, regenerate the client for the updated pin, and wire `BraintrustOpenApiClient.simulated_users` plus its public request/response types (and the new `GetOrganizationApiKeysResponse`).
