The latest GitHub release still points to the pre-BrowserCode September 24 snapshot. Prepare v2.1.1 with the current merged runner and rubrics, update the README to install that release, and align release metadata and its existing fixtures.
The encrypted dataset, review cases and runtime code are byte-identical to merged main. The new release will attach the current artifacts and checksums; the existing v2.1 tag/assets stay unchanged. Artifact validation and focused tests pass; GitHub CI verifies the full suite.
