chore(plugin): refresh store logo and add privacy policy

Summary

• Add Callstack's privacy policy URL to the plugin listing manifest.
• Replace the old store logo with the supplied phone-and-spark artwork, resized to 1024 × 1024 and encoded as WebP (52 KB versus 1.32 MB for the old PNG).

Validation

• npm ci (including the commit-message hook)
• Verified the manifest parses, its logo path exists, the WebP decodes at 1024 × 1024, and git diff --check passes.
