CI pins Bun 1.3.14 in four jobs. Bun 1.0.21 through 1.4.3 bundle a Brotli decoder with an out-of-bounds write (CVE-2026-111497, high in oven-sh/bun's advisories), and fetch decodes br responses by default. 1.3.14 is also inside two other high advisories that 1.4.4 fixes. This moves all four pins to 1.4.4.

Same change as Michael Denyer's pstack-claude #316.

CI only: no skill, script or manifest changes, so no release.

Checks with Bun 1.4.4: bun install --frozen-lockfile unchanged; bun tools/generate.mjs --check passes; bun test tests/ 550 pass, 46 skip, 0 fail.

Note

Low Risk
CI-only version pin with no product code or dependency lockfile changes; low blast radius aside from possible Bun 1.4.x behavior differences in tests.

Overview
Bumps the CI Bun pin from 1.3.14 to 1.4.4 in all four jobs that use oven-sh/setup-bun (generated, windows-hooks, forks, and scripts). This addresses CVE-2026-111497 (Brotli decoder out-of-bounds write affecting Bun through 1.4.3, relevant because fetch decodes br by default) and other high-severity advisories fixed in 1.4.4.

No application code, lockfiles, or manifests change—only the workflow pin—so runtime behavior of shipped artifacts is unchanged; CI runners get a patched Bun.
