docs(readme): motivation narrative instead of comparison tables - #18

Drop the demo placeholder and both comparison tables. "Why this exists" now tells the origin story in prose: Superpowers routes every response through its skill system, this project inverts the default (dormant until a named failure mode, ~1.2k-token fixed injection frozen by CI), and adds its own spec layer on top. The measurement stays one passing mention with the reproduce-it-yourself script link; the full table moves to the promo drafts where head-to-head data belongs.
