Version bump only, preparing the v0.8.1 tag. Both manifests move
0.8.0 → 0.8.1; the metadata test (semver + cross-manifest consistency)
passes.
v0.8.1 contents since v0.8.0: fixed-context dedup with the budget
re-frozen at 4580 chars, README repositioned as a motivation narrative,
internal working notes kept out of the public tree. No trigger-semantics
changes.
