- Mark the closedloop-electron Desktop release workflow disabled after release ownership moved to symphony-alpha. Testing: git diff --check Risks: Low; the workflow remains present but the release job is skipped before any publishing steps.

Yeah, if: false on the job is the cleanest way to kill it without deleting history. Nothing to flag.
