Summary
shipmill 0.61.0 refuses
[agents] plugin_update(spec 031, S-031-22): every gate tick in this repo has exited 2 with[agents] plugin_update was removed (spec 031); delete itsince the floating@v0tag moved to 0.61.0 (about 13:15 UTC on 2026-10-21). The key has had no effect since 0.60.0: gate sessions load the plugin installed from the marketplace and only report a lagging install. This removes the key, so the gate ticks again. No behaviour changes beyond that.
uvx shipmill==0.61.0 doctoron this branch reports no policy or[agents]failure.Merged by hand on @romamo's go-ahead, since this repo's gate is down and can't land it. Config only, no changelog fragment.
