Principle 7 of the manifesto ended on "Pre-1.0, honestly labeled", a label tied to the version number that the redesigned site no longer uses. The policy it names is the principle's own title, so the sentence now says "Proven live or labeled unproven" is the release policy. Changed in MANIFESTO.md and site/public/manifesto.html, with the CHANGELOG entry extended.
