shipmill writes a stable release's section by rewriting the '[Unreleased]: .../compare/v<last>...HEAD' link and adding one for the new version, and refuses to release without it. The CHANGELOG had no link references at all, so the first stable through shipmill (0.6.0) stopped there. Every released version gets its compare link. The stable 0.6.0 dry run (run 38024315902) stopped at
shipmill: the CHANGELOG needs an '[Unreleased]: <repo>/compare/v<version>...HEAD' link. shipmill writes a stable section by rewriting that link, and the CHANGELOG had no link references at all. This adds[Unreleased]and a compare link for every released version (tags v0.1.0 to v0.5.1 exist).After merge: rc14 is cut by hand so its base carries the links, then stable 0.6.0 is promoted from it.
