Applied with shipmill upgrade --apply changelog-fragments and --apply plugin-update. A headless gate can't take up these answers itself while upgrade issues from github-actions[bot] read untrusted (shipmill/shipmill#314). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Both upgrades were accepted by @romamo on the issues. Applied by hand with
shipmill upgrade --apply, because a headless gate doesn't take up answers on upgrade issues authored bygithub-actions[bot](shipmill/shipmill#314).[changelog] fragments = "changelog.d": each PR adds its entry as a file inchangelog.d/; a stable release writes them into its section[agents] plugin_update = true: the gate updates the shipmill plugin at most once a day (D-23), so sessions stop running plugin 0.41.2No CHANGELOG entry: a config change, not a change to the package.
