When a run ends, the page asks cloudfall why about that run's decisions and investigation and shows each proposal's story from the record: how it was checked, the gate it waits at, and the turn of the model that asked for it, with that turn's reasoning and Token Factory ids. Depends on #78. The demo pins Cloudfall at that PR's head (
210e0b6) for now. Move the pin to the merge commit on main before merging.When a run ends, the page shows a new section, "Ask the record why". The server runs
cloudfall why --decisions tmp/runs/<run>/decisions --investigations tmp/runs/<run>/investigationsand shows each proposal's story as Cloudfall tells it from the files. The page highlights the sentences that name the model's turn and quote its reasoning with the Token Factory ids. Reads are counted in a line and kept in the raw answer.GET /api/why?run=ID: 404 for an unknown or malformed run idChecked locally with a live Super run: "The agent nvidia/nemotron-3-super-120b-a12b … asked for it in turn 3 of investigation …", followed by its reasoning, quoted.
