Stop promising a PostgreSQL on its own, and fix the brownfield example - #83

A project with only a server and a PostgreSQL service does not validate: every database names a declared application, and an application needs a component Cloudfall deploys (#81). The Neon guide now says so and no longer suggests an app on another host can reach the database, and the site's Neon note and calls to action stop offering a PostgreSQL alone. The brownfield design's operation sample declared targets: component, which the operation schema rejects; it uses host. On phones, the site's navigation and footer links get a tap target of about 44px. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-ups to the landing redesign.
A PostgreSQL on its own is not possible today (#81). A project with only a server and a PostgreSQL
Servicefails validation:databases[].applicationis required, theApplicationmust exist, and it needs at least one component. So:docs/neon-migration-guide.md: "What you need" and Step 1 say the database belongs to an application Cloudfall deploys on the same server, linking A PostgreSQL service can't be declared without an application Cloudfall deploys #81; Step 5 drops "for an app elsewhere, route it the same way"site/public/index.html: the Neon rotation's note says "PostgreSQL next to your app on your server" instead of "One Service file"; the MSP section's buttons become "Bring your Ansible repo" and "Read the getting-started guide"; the pilot block's second button is "Try it yourself first"Brownfield example:
docs/brownfield-design.mddeclaredtargets: component, whichoperation.schema.jsonrejects (the same fix #22 got on the site); it now sayshost.Phones: checked the live site in Chrome mobile emulation (iPhone 13 at 390px, Pixel 7 at 412px, 320px): no horizontal overflow, no console errors. Navigation and footer links and the Copy button were under 24px tall; on screens up to 560px they now get about 44px. The only small target left is an inline link inside a sentence.
Supabase stays out of the rotation:
data copydumps the whole database, so a Supabase source would carryauth/storageschemas, Supabase-only extensions and RLS policies on roles that don't exist on the target (#82).Changelog:
