azcore v1.23.3 moved the default http.Client out of its runtime package into the shared sdk/internal module, so the drift-detection test failed reading the old path. Re-pin it to sdk/internal@v1.13.0 (transport/transport.go); defaults are unchanged, so buildClientOptions needs no change.
