The "Every SKILL.md is discovered" check runs npx skills@latest, which now needs Node 22.20 or later. The workflow still uses Node 20, so the CLI exits before it finds any skills, and the check fails on every PR (for example, #28 - FYI @PaulBoye-py ).
This moves the job to Node 22. It's the same one-line change as in #26, pulled out so other PRs aren't blocked waiting for #26 to merge.
