Docs site performance #141

Docs sites are expected to be static and load as fast as possible. This issue tracks everything needed for FrontLit docs (/docs/... on the public site, including generated OpenAPI pages from #26) to meet that expectation.

Targets

From docs/site-delivery.md §9, applied to docs articles, collection pages and OpenAPI operation pages:

• TTFB p75 under 100 ms on cache hits.
• LCP under 1.5 s, CLS under 0.1, INP under 200 ms.
