DELETE /organizations/:organizationId exists in the API, but the dashboard has no way to delete an organization (apps/web/lib/api.ts has no client for it). Teams can be archived and members removed, but the org itself stays.
Scope
Dashboard: a "Danger zone" on the organization page with typed-name confirmation. Owner only.
Billing: make sure an active subscription is cancelled or blocked first (commercialState()), and ESP configs, sending domains and API keys are retired.
MediaLit assets: deleting this must also delete every MediaLit file of the affected teams (deleteTeamMediaFiles exists but nothing calls it). See #157.
Tests: check that the MediaLit files this entity owned are deleted (assert deleteMedia calls with the MediaLit client mocked, and that the media rows are gone), and that shared or sent-mail media is kept. See the test list in #157.
