[Bug] Sync with apple doesn't

Summary

I deleted these three keys using apple's interface about 20 minutes ago. they no longer exist. This
is a new, separate run of the certificate wizard. It started empty and I did a sync with apple.
So where did these three keys come from?

Minimal reproducer

delete a profile on developer.apple.com, then run the certificate wizard and sync.
