Dockerfile.dist is under a protected path (Dockerfile*). This PR modifies a governance/infrastructure file without a linked issue providing explicit authorization. The change is an automated Renovate bot Docker image tag bump (go-toolset 1.26.3 → 1.26.5-1785156757) with digest pinning, which appears legitimate, but human approval is required for all protected-path changes regardless of automation source.

Suggested fix: Obtain human approval for this protected-path change. Consider linking a tracking issue or policy that authorizes automated Dockerfile updates by Renovate/MintMaker.
