Description
Adds a reusable modal for server-built Form payloads. It loads from
modalUrlwith params, submits the renderer’s current values plus params toactionUrl, maps validation errors to controls, and displays success and error messages. Server titles and submit labels have caller-provided fallbacks, and submissions are guarded against duplicates and renderer failures. The detached launcher installs the shared CP component registry for plugin controls and custom elements, then removes the app, host, and registry installation on close or submission. Element action menus can dispatch
formModalbehaviors and reload the page after submission.Extracts the generic modal from #19665 without its admin-table consumers or other changes.
