Description
Adds reusable resource creation options to Form API comboboxes and migrates user photo volume creation to the shared handler. The wrapper lets the handler cancel transient selections before they reach the form, retain prior values on cancellation, and insert and select saved resources for single or multiple selections. Grouped options and numeric IDs are preserved.
