Update of the Xiphos Help manual, with new pictures and with all the new features

This had a lot of trouble, obviously, with all 6 builds failing, e.g.:

Error: No source found for figures/interface_devotinal.png

BTW, that filename has a typo.

As I was reviewing the changes, I noticed a number of TODO items in comments. Do we need to address this? Can those comments be removed in an update?

I'm sorry, I forgot this! At first glance, yes, they can be deleted. I've gone over the entire documentation, but a second read-through would still be helpful.
