templates/intent.md: three-line Bottom line first (Changes = outcome, Left out, Needs you); human sections (Request, Understood as, Risks, Delivery, Blocking questions) above a---; the agent's record (Terms, Clarity, new Facts) below. Clarity cells citeF1IDs; each fact appears once.phases/1-intent.md: attention-kind writing rule (one idea per line, bold lead-in, exact numbers, warnings on their line, requester's language with headings/field labels/Clarity words in English). Gate shows Bottom line, Risks and assumed Clarity, asks "is this what you want?" and ends the turn.sdlc.sh:approve intent --humanrefuses a note (≥12 bytes) contained in a resolved blocking-question answer, compared as the parser reads it. Motivation: a real run recorded the requester's Q1 answer as whole-intent approval.Tested

A generic phrase that is also inside an answer ("yes, go ahead") is refused as approval; record the human's fuller words.
