Changes

Adds a power-bi plugin, modeled on the Google Ads plugin. It points Grok Bot at Cursor's hosted Power BI MCP server: https://api.cursor.com/rest-mcp/power-bi/mcp.

• third_party/power-bi/: plugin.json, mcp.json, README, CHANGELOG, MIT LICENSE, and logo.
• Same client gating as Google Ads: cursor: "never", grokbot: "0.30.0", sand: "0.30.0".
• Added to marketplace.json and the root README table, next to the other Microsoft plugins.
• Logo: Microsoft's official Power BI icon (microsoft/PowerBI-Icons) on a padded white tile, like the OneDrive and Google Ads logos.

Notes

• The server is live. Its OAuth metadata lists Microsoft Entra ID as the sign-in server, with the read-only scopes Workspace.Read.All, Report.Read.All, Dataset.Read.All, plus offline_access.
• Tools (from the backend provider): list_workspaces, list_reports, list_datasets, render_report. Rendering needs Premium, Embedded, or Fabric capacity and the "Export reports as image files" tenant setting.
• Per the backend README, the Power BI permissions must be added to the shared Entra app before rest_mcp_provider_settings.providers["power-bi"] is turned on.
• node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs passes.
• Not tested: Microsoft sign-in and tool calls from Grok Bot.

Overview
Adds a new power-bi Grok Bot plugin that wires Microsoft Power BI through Cursor’s hosted MCP endpoint (https://api.cursor.com/rest-mcp/power-bi/mcp).

The change is mostly packaging and discovery: a new third_party/power-bi/ tree (plugin.json, mcp.json, README, changelog, MIT license, logo) and listings in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the root README plugin table, alongside Teams and SharePoint. Client gating matches other Grok-only integrations (cursor: "never", grokbot/sand 0.30.0). Docs describe read-only Entra OAuth and tools to list workspaces/reports/datasets and render_report as PNGs (with Premium/Fabric and tenant export caveats).
