feat(ux): hide visual close and clear symbols from screen readers

Wraps raw visual dismiss and clear text symbols (×) in KeyboardShortcutsModal, SearchSection, and History components inside to prevent screen readers from reading out "multiplication sign" or "times" alongside explicit aria-labels.
