Validates :stages before materialization and rejects zero, negative, and non-integer values with ArgumentError. Adds focused coverage across the flow constructors and partition/2. Closes #130. Local tests were not run because Mix, Elixir, and Erlang are unavailable; repository CI will run on this pull request.
