2. Support Plugin Market Runtime Operations: Allows community market plugins like dshmarket to execute install, upgrade, and profile commands safely using the desktop app's bundled Node/pnpm runtime.
3. Resolve Conflicts with Cleanup Patch: Cleanly integrates with the Windows temporary directory cleanup and single concurrency fixes.
