* Upgraded `org.bouncycastle` from `1.84` to `1.85` to address CVE-2026-8763. (OPSC-18021)
* Upgraded `reactor-core` to version `3.8.7` to address CVE-2026-47857. (OPSC-18027)
* Upgraded `jackson-databind` to version `2.21.6` to address CVE-2026-68497. (OPSC-18035)

## Core
* Fixed two issues that could contribute to opscenterd having too many open files. (OPSC-18023)

## Provisioning
* When installing the DataStax Agent with LCM, meld will now retry up to 3 times (waiting 5 minutes between attempts) if the dpkg/apt package lock is held by another process. This enhancement improves reliability on systems where background package management activity might run concurrently. (OPSC-18031)
