A design proposal for review. Documentation only; nothing here is built, and the section says it is not accepted.

Today. "验厂后两个月开始试产" is stored with no reference and grade C. The offset and the event are both dropped, so nothing can resolve it later and no one can be asked.

Proposed.

  1. An anchor may be an event the text names; the mention records what it waits for.
  2. The event is dated by a named date of the same document, and the model does the matching. Code matches no words.
  3. A waiting mention is asked again when its document's context changes.
  4. A person can give the date, through the time-anchor queue of Review queues are organised by what a decision changes #725.
  5. Not in this cut: an event dated by another document.

Measured first on the time bench, with thresholds in the section. Four slices: bench, contract and resolution, the person's date, and later another document's date.

To decide before it is accepted: whether a person's date may close a timeline, whether the person's date ships with the queue card or as the API first, and whether "unknown" is remembered.
