A deck's first slide opens the deck, so the date on its cover attests every slide - #1082

… every slide A date governs what sits under the heading it was stated under (0064). Every slide was a section of its own, the cover included, so the date on the cover governed the cover alone and the statements of every later slide had no attestation. The first slide is now written before any heading, the way a Word document's title block is; later slides are sections as before. A bare date the model also gives as its own name is written once in the attestation's name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Wayland Yang <wayland0916@gmail.com>

Why
Found in an end-to-end run on dev. A quarterly review deck has its date on the cover. The five statements read from the other slides had no attestation, so they read as holding at every moment instead of as of the deck's date.
A date governs what sits under the heading it was stated under (0064). The slide reader made every slide a section,
## Slide N, the cover included. The date on the cover therefore had the scope["Slide 1"]and governed nothing else. What changes
