With Root Directory = apps/web, Vercel interprets outputDirectory relative to apps/web. The previous value "apps/web/.next" produced a doubled path /vercel/path0/apps/web/apps/web/.next and the deployment failed with 'Next.js output directory was not found'.

This is the fix the user asked for after the Vercel build succeeded with ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL_COREPACK=1 but failed at the output directory step. Keep installCommand: "pnpm install" so the deployment is reproducible from vercel.json alone; Corepack on the dashboard pins pnpm to 10.34.5 via the packageManager field.
