Summary

  • Derive internal dependency-pin scan coverage from owned workspace and excluded manifests, with regression tests for stale pins in previously unlisted manifests.
  • Recognize integration tests under each configured test root and verify their language-gate and comparison membership.
  • Assert that abandoned benchmark probes remain in failure reports.
  • Exclude source-tree bytecode caches from Python wheels. Populate caches before CI wheel builds and reject any packaged bytecode before uploading artifacts.
  • Correct release dependency ordering, publisher coverage, publishable-crate counts, and package policy and licensing documentation.

Validation

  • make worktree-setup
  • make pre-commit: BCA_GATE: pass (gate=pre-commit)
  • pre-commit run --all-files: all applicable hooks passed
  • python3 -m unittest -q utils/check-versions-test.py utils/check-test-lang-gates-test.py: 139 tests passed
  • make check-test-lang-gates-compare COMPARE_REF=origin/main
  • cargo test -p big-code-analysis-bench --lib an_over_budget_cell_is_never_measured
  • make actionlint and uncached Markdown lint
  • Built a local abi3 wheel with source bytecode caches populated; verified that the archive excludes caches and retains Python sources, stubs, the typing marker, and the native extension.
  • Verified that the wheel-content assertion rejects both cache-directory entries and standalone .pyc files.
  • Independent code and documentation reviews completed with no outstanding findings.

Discover internal dependency pins across owned manifests and recognize configured nested integration-test roots, with regression coverage. Assert that abandoned benchmark probes remain in their reports.

Exclude source bytecode caches from Python wheels and verify wheel contents after populating caches in CI. Correct release ordering, publisher coverage, and package documentation.
