Summary

The last test (minimum dependencies) failure on the release pull request (#353), on dev's head after #359: test_importance_is_averaged_over_the_interval asserted that the mean availability with the critical node held working is exactly 1.0, where it is worked out numerically. CI's runner (numpy 2.0.0) summed it to 0.9999999999999999, while the full suite at the same floors passed in this session's environment, so the difference is the runner's BLAS build too. The comparison is to rounding (pytest.approx(1.0)); everything else in that job passed (6604 passed).

test_inspection.py passes at the floors and currently; black and flake8 clean.

test_importance_is_averaged_over_the_interval asserted that the mean
availability with the critical node held working is exactly 1.0, where
it is worked out numerically: CI's minimum-dependencies job (numpy 2.0.0
on its runner) summed it to 0.9999999999999999 on the release pull
request (#353), while the same suite passed here at the floors. To
rounding.
