This prepares 0.15.
_version.pyto 0.15 and rolls the CHANGELOG into[0.15] - 2026-10-17. That section has a summary, the surpyval 0.25 requirement, joint-model blocks (A joint model's unit as a block of a non-repairable diagram; surpyval 0.25 #364) and the removal below.NodeState'sphase, deprecated in 0.14 and renamedsince_scheduled(ReplacementPlan (UC-6): rework skip_next, and rename "phase" #350).
