Renewal fits start where the likelihood is finite (#777, ARA run-off start) - #784

…start) ARA failed with "Could not find a good solution" on a single item's ExpoWeibull data: the lifetime start, fitted to the gaps as from age 0, ran off to a power law ending at the longest gap, so a gap from any later virtual age had zero likelihood at every default start. Where no default start is finite, each restoration start now takes the lifetime fitted to the gaps from the ages it leaves (end ages left truncated at the start ages), the best lifetime for that restoration. The ARA and Kijima likelihoods expose those ages (`virtual_ages`). A single item's perfect-repair start is no longer fitted twice (it is the same fit as the default start's). Part of #777.
ARA failed with "Could not find a good solution" on a single item's
ExpoWeibull data: the lifetime start, fitted to the gaps as from age 0,
ran off to a power law ending at the longest gap, so a gap from any
later virtual age had zero likelihood at every default start.
Where no default start is finite, each restoration start now takes the
lifetime fitted to the gaps from the ages it leaves (end ages left
truncated at the start ages), the best lifetime for that restoration.
The ARA and Kijima likelihoods expose those ages (
virtual_ages). Asingle item's perfect-repair start is no longer fitted twice (it is the
same fit as the default start's).
