…ar.hf(inf)) hf was df / sf: 0/0 at infinity, and wherever both underflow far in the tail (a hazard-scale fit's hazard was nan from x = 1e6), with a RuntimeWarning. It is now one exp of the logs of its terms (on the hazard scale log(-dS/deta / S) is eta itself), and at infinity the limit along the spline's last piece, linear in log x with slope s: on the hazard scale a Weibull's of shape s (inf, the constant, or 0), and 0 on the odds and normal scales, as a LogLogistic's and a LogNormal's hazard are. Part of #777.
hf was df / sf: 0/0 at infinity, and wherever both underflow far in
the tail (a hazard-scale fit's hazard was nan from x = 1e6), with a
RuntimeWarning. It is now one exp of the logs of its terms (on the
hazard scale log(-dS/deta / S) is eta itself), and at infinity the
limit along the spline's last piece, linear in log x with slope s:
on the hazard scale a Weibull's of shape s (inf, the constant, or 0),
and 0 on the odds and normal scales, as a LogLogistic's and a
LogNormal's hazard are.
