Why
Dependabot was bumping github/codeql-action/init and github/codeql-action/analyze in separate PRs, which caused a version mismatch when one was merged before the other. This resulted in a CI failure:
Error: Loaded a configuration file for version '4.39.1', but running version '4.37.0'What
Group all github/codeql-action* updates into a single Dependabot PR so both steps are always bumped together.
