Why

People keep several workstreams going across repositories, and the sidebar's Recent list is not a reliable list of what to act on now. ⌘K pulls up any board or PR in a few keystrokes.

What changed

• ⌘K (Ctrl+K off macOS) opens a host quick pick over every board in every repository and checkout. It is the same widget as ⌘P, so it works with focus in the sidebar, the title bar, Home or a board.
• Matching: fuzzy match on title, repository, #PR and PR title, branch, and parent plan. Before you type, unread boards come first, then the ones viewed last, and the board on screen is left out.
• Commands: New Whiteboard, Go Home, Settings and Theme….
• PR links: pasting a GitHub PR link opens that PR's board, or creates one in a checkout of its repository. While the board is being created the bar shows busy; errors show inline.
• Focus: opening a board now puts keyboard focus in it. This also affects boards opened from the sidebar and Home.

The ranking and PR-link logic lives in common/reviewGoToWhiteboard.ts with unit tests; the action in contrib/quickaccess/reviewGoToWhiteboard.contribution.ts wires it to the quick pick.

For reviewers

• Outside code editors, upstream ⌘K chords such as ⌘K ⌘T no longer run; the bar offers Theme… instead. Inside a code editor, ⌘K chords still work.
• The board list is read when the bar opens and does not refresh while it stays open.

Testing

• pnpm lint, pnpm format, pnpm --filter @dev.fast/review-desktop typecheck, and the canvas typecheck pass.
• Desktop unit tests (node --import tsx --test "code-oss/src/vs/review/**/*.test.ts"): 572 pass, including 5 new ones.
• Checked by hand in an isolated Desktop: ⌘K from Home, a board, Settings and the sidebar field; keyboard only; Escape returns focus; PR links for an existing PR, a new PR, a repo with no checkout, and a PR GitHub can't find; light, dark, and a 520px window.
• Not run: Code OSS's own eslint (its config fails to load in this checkout).
