Move patch alignment into whiteboard-document - #1509

`textualRows` projected a unified patch onto the base/head line pairs that `resolveDiffSelection` reads, but lived in the server package, so a hosted board had to carry its own copy. It is now `patchRows` in `@dev.fast/whiteboard-document`, beside `resolveDiffSelection` and `AlignmentRow`, parsing the hunk headers itself and skipping git's file headers. whiteboard-document 0.2.2.
Its types bake in the document's block schema, so the two move together.
